Today, although we still provide field sales and field sales management training, call centers are our specialty. We have been in countless call centers around the world, observing calls and floor managers, developing and delivering training and offering floor management support.We have stayed lean and mean throughout the last ten years, never having more than five trainers on board. These days, we have several certifiers, those that conduct the certifications when clients buy our courses. We also have trainers on board to conduct the actual courses. FCTC has developed a network of additional certifiers and trainers, as well as specialists in call center CRM, compensation, hiring, motivation, incentives and management structure.Our goal has always been to serve our customers and provide them more than what we promised.
